This week I have a very short reminder for everyone who is into the new way of living their life: Your Thoughts Feelings and Beliefs create reality.This is the reminder that you have to keep repeating to yourself so that it stops being a phrase, but becomes knowledge for your body too:

This means that everything you experience is the result of what you have been thinking + feeling about before. AND that what you are feeling and thinking about right now [ this includes the things that you react to automatically and emotionally ] is what you’re creating next to experience.

You can change your experience, by changing your moment point behaviour. So happy reminding and teaching yourself new behaviour.
