WHEN SOMETHING SCARY HAPPENS, DO THIS

Hey everyone, THIS is the best advice you will ever get on scary happenings it is what I do and it works every time no matter how dire the situation might seem.

  1. Realise that NOW is after the fact, what you just experienced has been created before, so it’s a paper dragon. If you don’t want it to become a real dragon, then stop feeding it your attention and fear energy. Read the story of the two wolves that I posted underneath.
  2. NOBODY can create in your reality unless you think they can, so it doesn’t matter who is involved, in your bubble of reality YOU are in CHARGE,
  3. KNOW, really know what all your might, make an effort to feel it! That you live in a safe Universe and that you would NEVER do something to your that would bring you into an amazingly difficult situation,
  4. You are at this very moment in the middle of a web of probabilities, these are surrounding you at all times, by your tiniest thought and emotion these probabilities change and you choose the one you will next encounter by the thoughts and feelings you hold most dominantly,
  5. The Past is not set in stone, it is changed every second based on what we focus on now,
  6. So this means that whatever just happened that scares you because you start projecting consequences in the future … KNOW that this is not true, it can’t be true because time is simultaneous.
  7. If it scared you so much that you can’t feel relaxt then it means that you need to release energy, either by crying, or by screaming, or by dancing, whatever you do, MOVE that beautiful body of yours. After that read this no.7 line again.
  8. Nothing happens because it must happen, nothing is predestined and Karma is bullocks too. Everything is NOW, so feel free, happy and safe, and experience free, happy and safe, it is seriously THAT simple.

That’s it my dear ones. This is all you need to do. I decided that I will write two posts a week for the coming weeks. I trust that you will enjoy these.

Print this paper out for “future” reference.

An old Cherokee is teaching his grandson about life. “A fight is going on inside me,” he said to the boy. “It is a terrible fight and it is between two wolves. One is evil – he is anger, envy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego.”

He continued, “The other is good – he is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion, and faith. The same fight is going on inside you – and inside every other person, too.”

The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather, “Which wolf will win?”

The old Cherokee simply replied, “The one you feed.”

With SO much love,

Monique
